YMCA Healthy Kids Day
On Saturday, April 8, the YMCA will be hosting its Healthy Kids Day Expo at Northern High School. This is a free community event that features activities, games, and information designed to help families stay energized and fit! Gym & Swim demonstrations, fit kids activities, healthy snacks, music, and an information expo highlight the days events.

The aquatic expo will feature a variety of games, activities, and information designed to promote physical fitness and safety in and around water. The swimming pool will include stations involving boating safety, sample swim lessons, NYAC swimming and diving team demonstrations, sun and beach safety, water games, and provide families with a wealth of helpful information to take home with them that promote children's active lifestyle.
